RBG-6: Precision, Power, and Rapid Fire

The RBG-6 multiple grenade launcher is a versatile and high-performance weapon designed to enhance infantry firepower. With its lightweight design, semi-automatic operation, and six-round drum magazine, it delivers rapid and effective support against enemy personnel, vehicles, and fortified positions. Engineered for stability and accuracy, the RBG-6 combines advanced materials, reduced recoil, and precision sighting systems to ensure reliability in any combat scenario.

Design and Functionality

The RBG-6 multiple grenade launcher (MGL) is a lightweight, semi-automatic, shoulder-fired weapon designed for infantry operations. It operates on a revolver-style mechanism with a spring-driven, gas-operated cylinder. The drum magazine holds six rounds and features an easy-emptying mechanism. A trained operator can fire up to 12 grenades per minute, providing rapid support in combat scenarios.

Ammunition and Barrel Features

The RBG-6 utilizes the widely used 40x46mm low-velocity grenade family. Its specialized construction minimizes recoil, ensuring a stable grip and precise aiming. The launcher is built from high-quality materials, ensuring durability and reliability with proper maintenance. The police variant has a smooth barrel, while the military version features a rifled barrel. The barrel’s interior is hard chromed for enhanced longevity. It incorporates six grooves with a progressive right-hand twist, stabilizing the grenade in flight and initiating its arming sequence.

Stock, Sighting, and Customization

The RBG-6 is equipped with a three-position folding stock. When fully extended, it aligns nearly parallel to the barrel, locking into place for short-range engagements. The stock can be adjusted to improve sighting accuracy for longer distances. The weapon features an Occluded Eye Gun Sight (O.E.G.), also known as a Red Dot Sight, allowing the shooter to keep both eyes open while aiming. The sight remains functional in low-light conditions as long as the target is visible. It is calibrated in 25-meter increments, ranging from zero to 375 meters. Mounted on a Picatinny rail, the sight can be replaced with various alternative optics based on mission requirements.
